larger image 		The Ideal Valve Inc. line of Stainless Steel Needle Valves (54 Series) are Precision Metering Valves offering extremely precise flow control of gases or liquids with a working pressure up to 5000 psi for stainless steel valves. A long-tapered stainless steel needle combined with an ultra-fine stem thread results in unmatched precision. The valves are available in brass or stainless steel. Every valve is factory tested to be leak-tight at 1100 psi.

Maximum Operating Pressure : 5000 psi (344.5 bar)
Operating Temperature Range : -65º to 450º F (-54º to 233º C)
  • 22-24 turns from shutoff to full open
  • 1/8" Female NPT connections
  • Forged body construction
  • Packing seal is Teflon
  • Body, bonnet, needle and seat are stainless steel
  • 9/16" black phenolic plastic knob standard
